Usage of Artwork

✴︎All commissions include my signature, it may NOT be removed. Removal of my signature will result in permanent blacklist.✴︎The artwork will likely be posted in my social media platforms, if you prefer for the artwork to remain unpublished let me know.✴︎My art may not be used for AI training or NFT.✴︎Art may be used as an icon, banner, etc. Any personal use is acceptable, credit is appreciated.✴︎Reposting my art is okay as long as it is YOUR commission. Credit is mandatory.✴︎Commercial use is temporarily prohibited until further notice.✴︎You may NOT edit my art, if you spot any mistakes in the art, let me know and I will fix it (artwork must be no older than 2 weeks for fixes).

Usage of Customs

✴︎Design may be altered.✴︎May be resold, notice is appreciated.✴︎When listed in toyhouse, I must be linked under Creator.✴︎No matter the owner, I must be credited for original design.

Revisions & Updates

✴︎Requesting updates on progress is OK, please be mindful.✴︎If I haven’t started the artwork yet, you are welcome to change the commission request.✴︎All artwork revisions and updates will be sent through photos taken of my device, rather than direct screenshots.✴︎Major changes in pose and character are allowed during the sketching progress up to three times. Any further and there will be an additional fee of $5 per change.✴︎Once coloring is done, any change requests regarding pose and character will be prohibited.

Boundaries

✴︎I am strict on punctuality, I do not make exceptions on payments or communication. If you are not responsible for your response time and payment deadlines, DO NOT commission me, you will NOT be refunded.✴︎If I am not comfortable drawing a certain character, or pose, I will not do it. First come are not first served, sometimes I will decline commissions.✴︎I will be doing 6 slots at a time. If you are interested in commissioning me but find the slots are full, reach out to me and I will waitlist you! (more information below)✴︎If a character is too complicated, or unclear, I may turn it down, but you are more than welcome to resubmit a character and I’ll evaluate it!✴︎I will NOT make designs inspired by other artist’s characters.✴︎If you are disrespectful during the process of commissioning, I will likely restrict you or simply block you.✴︎If you are pushy about something I clearly state here or in a message that I am unwilling to do, I will restrict you or simply block you.✴︎I am not debating anybody.

Payment

For now, no payment plans! In the future, I might open this option.✴︎You will be expected to make a downpayment of $10 before artwork is started.✴︎Once the sketch has been revised and approved, you must pay the remaining amount upfront.✴︎Only then will I continue in the artwork process.Accepting:

Refunds

✴︎If you are unsatisfied with the art presented during the sketching stage, and rather not continue with the commission, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.✴︎During the coloring process, there is no request for refunds.✴︎Once the commission is completed, there is no request for refunds.

How to Commission

✴︎Establish any key details I should be aware of and need to be incorporated.
✴︎If your character has a snout, please let me know if this is important to their design, as I tend to flatten out characters’ faces!
✴︎Feel free to provide a little bit of background on the character's personality that may influence the drawing.3. Establish the type of commission you’d like. Include any information on:
✴︎Lineart or lineless (lineart=colored?)
✴︎Props, Attire
✴︎Type of background
✴︎Number of characters
✴︎Animations4. Provide any examples of pose, expression, or structure you would prefer. Not mandatory if you are okay with me choosing on your behalf.Please provide ALL information of request up to this point, so I know you are looking to commission.
You do NOT have to wait for me to respond in order to elaborate.5. Within 48hrs I will approve or decline the commission. Here I will establish the total cost of the commission. I will also estimate the waiting period until I am able to work on this commission. You are free to accept or decline, but the price will not be up for negotiation.Here may begin the waiting period for your commission to begin. Going forward is once the process begins.6. Information of preferred payment method will be sent for down payment, you have 48 hours to make the $10 payment (+rush fee if previously disclosed).
✴︎You are welcome to pay most of, or full price upfront as well
✴︎If you fail to make the payment in the 48-hour window, the commission will be cancelled.
✴︎If you make the payment AFTER the 48 hours have passed, you will NOT be given a refund, NOR commission!!!7.Once the payment has gone through I will start the sketch.
Delivery of sketch will initiate the commission process. This may take 30min-12hrs.8. Once the sketch has been approved, you are expected to pay the remaining amount of the commission. You have a 48-hour window to complete payment.
✴︎If you fail to make the payment in the 48-hour window, your commission will be discarded and cancelled. You will NOT receive a refund.
✴︎If you make the payment AFTER the 48 hours have passed, you will NOT be given a refund, NOR commission!!!
✴︎Need one more day? OK, tell me BEFORE the 48 hours have passed.
✴︎Only once payment has been processed, I will continue your commission.9. Final commission will be sent through discord or email. [COMPLETION]

Completion per commission is estimated around: within 24hrs-1 week.I am a college student, please understand this will heavily impact on response time, and completion turnaround time.I work through my commissions from oldest to recent. I work on them individually at a time, so if I am still working on one, your commission will have to wait.Don’t worry, once you are in my queue, communication is open and you are free to ask about progress in commissions. Please remain respectful, I do not rush through my work.

Please note that the waiting time in the waitlist is not fixated, and might be elongated. Patience is kindly requested. This is solely for those who would like to be personally notified when slots are open again.1. Send me a dm, NO DETAILS, just let me know which commission you were interested in.2.
